📜 History

OG is a European esports organization founded in 2015 by Johan "N0tail" Sundstein and Tal "Fly" Aizik. The organization made history as the first and only team to win The International twice in back-to-back years (2018 and 2019).

The team's origins trace back to the legendary (monkey) Business squad. After some roster changes and the departure of Fly before TI8, N0tail and Sébastien "Ceb" Debs rebuilt the team with newcomers Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen and Anathan "ana" Pham.

OG's TI8 run is considered one of the greatest Cinderella stories in esports history. Coming in as heavy underdogs after losing their captain weeks before the tournament, OG dominated the competition and defeated PSG.LGD in a legendary five-game grand final.

The following year at TI9, OG proved their victory was no fluke by crushing the competition even more decisively, becoming two-time TI champions and cementing their legacy as the greatest Dota 2 team in history.
